Application:
Series DFR fire-resistant oil purifier is especially designed for phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, this oil purifier can treat and regenerate the degenerative fire-resistant oil, removing acid, pigment, gas, water and particles from oil effectively. This machine’s body is made of acid and dissolving resistant special full stainless steel materials, which are compatible with fire-resistant oil, combined with technologies of vacuum dewatering, multi-stage filtration system and new adsorbent to ensure treated oil to achieve new fire-resistant oil properties.
Series DFR is the necessary purifying equipment for the sectors which use fire-resistant oil, it can be online working and oil-filling.
Features:
1. The tank and pipelines of the whole set are all made of stainless steel with features of portability fine appearance and simple operation.
2. The plant has been designed according to the vacuum adsorption theory which can remove the acid and water in the oil effectively.
3. Oil level control adopts the photoelectric way which can control sensitively and accurately. Oil spray will never happen.
4. The fine filter employs the special one for fire-resistant oil (imported from Italy) having a good effect on impurity control (able to reach the NAS 5-6 grade) which can satisfy customers needs perfectly.
